Product testing methodology
Parent Coach Approved is earned through use, not placement.
The mark means we used a product for a full season, compared it with real alternatives, documented how it wore, and can say plainly who should skip it. It is not yet awarded to any product.
The minimum evidence
What it does not mean
It is not a safety certification, accreditation, guarantee, or universal "best." Governing standards remain the relevant authorities. A manufacturer cannot buy the mark, and affiliate commission cannot create or preserve it.
Loss, correction, and response
A recall, material product change, later-season failure, contrary evidence, or an unsupported claim can move a product back to review or revoke the mark.
Current marked products
None. The framework exists before the first badge, so the evidence bar cannot be written around a product afterward.
